What we collect
When you join the early access waitlist, we collect your first name (optional) and your email address.
Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view. If you reserve a founding member spot, your payment is handled by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details.
How we use your information
We use your details to tell you when PlasterHub launches, send you your launch discount link, share product updates, and occasionally ask for your feedback so we can build the features you need most.
We never sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We only share your information with services that help us run PlasterHub:
• Klaviyo, our email platform, which stores your name and email and sends our emails.
• Stripe, which processes the optional $1 founding member reservation payment.
• [HOSTING PROVIDER], which hosts this website.
• Google Fonts, which loads the fonts on this page and may receive your IP address.
These providers may store data outside your country. We only use providers that protect personal information.
Emails and unsubscribing
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also ask us to remove you at any time by emailing [CONTACT EMAIL].
How long we keep it
We keep your details while you are on our list. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your information, we will remove it within [30] days, unless we need to keep a record by law.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [CONTACT EMAIL] and we will respond within [20] working days.
Depending on where you live, you may have extra rights under local privacy laws, and you can complain to your local privacy regulator if you are unhappy with how we handle your information.
